Show 'Completed Tasks' in the Worklist |
By default, once a task is completed, it is removed from the My Inbox. Select this check box to show the completed tasks. |
Show 'Obsolete Tasks' in the Worklist |
Select this check box to show the skipped tasks. |
Define Sort Order |
Select the column and the order of sorting based on which the tasks in the My Inbox are to be sorted. The Sort Order select box lists the attributes that are part of the Selected Attributes. |
Existing Attributes |
Displays the attributes that are available for the target container. It contains both the system attributes as well as task attributes. To display the attribute columns in My Inbox, select the required attributes from the table and click on the Select>> button. The attributes are displayed in the Selected Attributes field. |
Selected Attributes |
Displays the list of all the selected attributes that are to be shown in the My Inbox grid view. To deselect an attribute, select the required attribute and click Deselect<<. |

Note:
- The Sort Order select box contains attributes listed in the Selected Attributes table only. Changes to the Selected Attributes table will be reflected in the Sort Order select box also.
- On performing changes like deleting/modifying the task identifiers in the delivery model, the corresponding task attribute will be removed from the list of Selected Attributes, hence the user must re-select the attribute from the Existing Attributes table.
- If the task attribute that is set as the sort order column is modified or deleted, the option will be removed from the Sort Order select box and the Default Sort Order as mentioned above will be set.
